Yes, an initial consultation is required to assess your skin and recommend the best treatment plan for you. A consultation is compulsory for any invasive treatment such as peels.

No. A consultation is compulsory for any invasive treatment. This ensures your skin is properly assessed and the treatment is safely customized for you.
Discontinue Retin-A, Tretinoin, glycolic acid, mandelic acid, or azelaic acid 10 days prior. No facial waxing or hair removal within 72 hours. Laser hair removal must be completed at least 5 days prior. Avoid other treatments from other providers within the last 30 days.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or may require rescheduling.
To secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit of your consultation fee. This confirms your selected date and time. Appointments are not guaranteed until the deposit is received.
Please notify us at least 6 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiting your booking deposit. Late cancellations or no-shows will require a new deposit to rebook. All payments are non-refundable.
